Frame by Frame Flash Animation

October 2010

For their first real computer animation project the students were asked to create a frame by frame animation using Flash. They had about 4 hours to create these animations and they were given a lot of freedom to choose their own subjects. The directions specified the size (550x400pixels), the frame rate (10fps), and the minimum duration (100frames or 10seconds). After we learned some basic action script, the students added title page and a play button.
